He explained that the number of squares designated for Eid prayers in the governorate is 8 squares, one square in each city, with the exception of the city of Taba, in addition to 94 mosques in which imams will perform the blessed Eid al-Fitr prayer.

The Undersecretary revealed that Major General Ismail Kamal, Governor of South Sinai, is likely to perform the Eid al-Fitr prayer in the courtyard of the Tur Sinai Sports Stadium, as is the practice every year, in the presence of a large crowd of people.

He pointed to the continuation of daily cleaning and disinfection campaigns inside the mosques, to make them appear in their best form to receive worshipers, while raising the maximum levels of readiness for Eid prayers, in addition to preparing gifts that will be distributed to children on this day.

He pointed out that the goal of these preparations is to organize prayer well and accommodate the largest number of worshipers in a safe and organized atmosphere.
