The village of Mahalla Khalaf, affiliated with the Samanoud District District, Governorate, witnessed WesternA tragic incident, after a husband helped his brothers plan to end the life of his wife’s brother, after he left the mosque and finished Tarawih prayers, after he was struck by a penetrating stab from a knife, due to ongoing family disputes between the two parties, and the accused were arrested.
The security services in Gharbia had received a notification from the warden of the Samanoud Center Department, that a report had been received from the people of Mahalla Khalaf village of the death of a person named “Ahmed Amin, aged 38 years – a worker”, at the hands of his sister’s husband, called “Al. A. J”, aged 42 years, unemployed, with the help of his brothers.
A security force moved to the place of the report, and it was found that the victim was injured by a penetrating stab wound from a white weapon, and his head was shattered as a result of being hit with a “chucker.” The first accused, who is the husband, with the help of his brothers, monitored the victim after Tarawih prayers and his exit from the mosque, assaulting him with a weapon and injuring him until he breathed his last, and they fled, due to family disputes between them.
By codifying the procedures, the husband and one of his brothers were arrested, the murder weapon was seized, and the body was transferred to the General Hospital morgue for a forensic examination and a report on its condition to be prepared.
On the other hand, the Criminal Investigation Department was tasked with investigating the circumstances of the incident by monitoring surveillance cameras in the area.
The people held the funeral of the deceased, amidst a state of grief and grief, in the family cemetery in the village of Mahalla Khalaf, affiliated with the Samanoud Center District, Gharbia Governorate. A report was drawn up on the incident and the competent authorities were notified to undertake investigations.
