An urgent lawsuit to cancel the license of Seeds International School
In the subject of the case, it was stated that the Public Prosecution’s lawyer received a report on the evening of Thursday, 11/20/2025, that five children enrolled in kindergarten in one of the schools affiliated with the Second Department of Al-Salam were subjected to incidents of kidnapping coupled with indecent assault by four accused employees within its corridors. The Public Prosecution began investigations with the knowledge of a team of members of the East Cairo Public Prosecution Office.

The lawyer added that the Public Prosecution began by listening to the statements of the five child victims and their families – after it gained their trust and sensed their insistence on proceeding with the procedures and took into account the confidentiality of their data and withholding it from circulation in accordance with the provisions of the law that punish the disclosure of such data – and agreed that the victims were subjected to incidents of indecent assault after being lured by the defendants to a place in the school not detected by surveillance machines and free from supervision, and they did so by exploiting some of the school’s employees. Due to the young age of the victims, for the reason of amusement, they were then assaulted and threatened with harm using a knife, which spread terror in themselves and prevented their families from informing them of the incident. The Public Prosecution conducted a legal presentation of the accused during which the victims identified three of them and documented this with clips. Photographer.
She notified the child helpline, and a specialist was appointed, who submitted her report, which confirmed that the children had been subjected to the aforementioned sexual abuse.
There was also a detailed confession from two of the defendants working at the school, which was consistent in its course with what the children and their families said during the investigations, as they admitted that for more than a year, they and the others – due to their obsession with sex with children – had been luring children, “kindergarten students,” among them those involved in the report, away from supervision and surveillance machines, and had violated their honor, taking advantage of their young age, innocence, and fear of the threat of harm.
The Public Prosecution ordered the imprisonment of the accused
The victims’ lawyer submitted his request to the defendant administration to withdraw the license for the aforementioned school, but it did not take preventive measures to protect our children, the school’s students, which prompted the defense to raise the matter to the honorable judicial authority to tighten its oversight with the authority it has, requesting a ruling on the following requests. Finally, after declaring the extraction of a complete copy of the administrative investigations conducted by the ministry into the largest and rarest criminal crime of all, to put on the court’s consideration the extent of the flaw in the report.
