Kuwaiti artist Rawan Bin Hussein previously revealed the details of the most difficult period in her life that she went through during the past year, announcing for the first time the scenes of her absence and her psychological and legal crises that ended with her entering prison. Rawan Bin Hussein wrote through her official Instagram account, commenting: In November 2024, I entered intensive care after a suicide attempt, when the whole world thought that I had everything, I was the most miserable person.
She continued: My divorce affected me, but my mother’s death destroyed me. Instead of taking my time to grieve, I chose to drink excessively and abuse psychiatric medications to numb my feelings. I chose to exercise obsessively until I no longer had injuries, not because I enjoyed exercising, because that was my coping mechanism. I used to work long hours on top of my job to distract myself from Rawan, who needed me.
