Announce International Commercial Bank (CIB) resumed the operation of its digital banking application normally since five in the evening, after a temporary pause due to a sudden technical problem.

In an official statement to its customers, the bank confirmed its apology for any inconvenience caused by the instability of the service during this period, noting that the technical teams worked to their full potential to address the problem and return the application to work as quickly as possible.
The bank explained that the malfunction was limited to the digital application for banking services, while the rest of the channels and other banking services continued to work efficiently without any impact.
The Commercial International Bank (CIB) announced earlier that there was a sudden technical problem that led to the instability of the digital banking application and it stopped working normally.
The bank confirmed in an official statement to its customers that the technical teams are working with full capacity to solve this problem and restore the service to work as soon as possible, apologizing for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers as a result of this sudden malfunction.
