The security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of a photograph that was circulated on social media sites, which included a person waving an outward gesture with his hand that was inconsistent with societal values as he stopped in front of a police car.

It was possible to identify and arrest the person shown in the pictures (a student – a resident of the Manshiyet Nasser area in Cairo), and when he confronted him, he confessed to committing the incident as referred to while he was before a court in Cairo objecting to the issuance of a ruling against one of his friends to life imprisonment for accusing him in a drug trafficking case, and legal measures were taken.
