It was found that there was a critical narrowing in the trunk of the main coronary artery, accompanied by regurgitation of the mitral valve, which required urgent and deliberate surgical intervention to save his life.

The medical team performed coronary artery transplant surgery to replace the damaged arteries, and in parallel, a successful repair of the mitral valve was performed instead of its replacement.
