The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Beheira, headed by Mohamed Hadiya, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply, and in coordination with the General Administration of Supply Investigations, implemented a large ration campaign in the Abu Al-Matamir Center, as part of intensifying oversight campaigns to control the mafia of seizing subsidies and confronting attempts to manipulate the black market.
A gas station collected 28,000 liters of diesel for sale on the black market in Beheira
The campaigns resulted in the seizure of a car financing station for collecting 28,600 liters of diesel, with the aim of reselling it on the black market, to make illegal profits.
A gas warehouse was also seized for selling household gas cylinders at more than the official price, and 240 cylinders were seized, and the necessary legal measures were taken against the violators.
The Governor of Beheira stressed the continuation of intensive monitoring campaigns to control the markets, stressing that any attempts to cheat, monopolize, or manipulate subsidized goods will be confronted without tolerance.
