The security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of a comment supported by a video clip circulated on social media sites, during which one person was harmed by others for assaulting him by beating him and causing injury in Sharqiya.
A factory owner was arrested on charges of assaulting a shop owner
Upon examination, it was found that on March 12 of this year, the complainant (owner of a store with “criminal information” – suffering from various abrasions) reported to the Minya Al-Qamh Police Station that he had been harmed by (a factory owner, two workers – residing in the station’s district) for assaulting him by beating him, causing his intended injury, and destroying his motorcycle due to financial disputes between them.
The defendants were arrested, and when they confronted them, they admitted to committing the incident as indicated for the same disputes, and they accused the complainant of assaulting them with insults and beatings without causing any injuries. He was caught in possession of the motorcycle “without metal plates,” and when confronted, he supported the above.
The motorcycle was seized, and legal measures were taken.
