The father of the little girl, Sajda, Mr. Ashraf Attia, said that he received a call from the security services stating that the death sentence had been carried out on the accused, Jamal A.A.A., an agricultural worker, residing in Al-Hamoul, 5 years after the little girl was killed and the accused was sentenced to death by hanging. Earlier in 2022, the Kafr El-Sheikh Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Medhat Abu Ghneim, President of the Kafr El-Sheikh Court, and the Third Circuit, and with the membership of Counselors Muhammad Abdullah Abdul Karim, Amr El-Sheshtawy, and Magdy Muhammad Ghanem’s Secretariat, had sentenced the accused Jamal A.A.A., 59 years old, agricultural worker, resident of Al-Hamoul, to death, after receiving the Mufti’s opinion about the death penalty for murder. It was revealed from the case papers that the person called Jamal A.A.A., an agricultural worker, residing in Al-Hamoul, and the person called Nourhan A.A.A., a housewife, residing in Al-Hamoul, were brought to the Kafr El-Sheikh Criminal Court to conduct their trial for what was assigned to them, for the first accused of killing the victim, Sajda Al-Sayyid Ashraf, intentionally, without premeditation or premeditation, and the second accused for helping the accused hide evidence of the crime, which is the body of the victim, as mentioned in the investigations.

It also became clear that as soon as the first accused saw her on the public road, the idea of him having sex with her without her consent came to his head, so he lured her by trickery to his residence, using her young age and the innocence of her childhood as a basis for that. And as soon as he misled her, away from the eyes of the people, he threw her to the ground, took off her clothes, pulled his jacket from him, and crouched down on top of her to get rid of her, and as soon as she shouted for help, his mouth slammed her head into the ground, intending to do that. Taking her life, causing the injury described in her autopsy report, which claimed her life as proven by investigations.

The girl’s family had filed a report stating that the child, Sajda al-Sayyid Ashraf, 4 years old, was absent from the house, and her body was later found murdered and dumped at the bottom of the stairwell of one of the grandfather’s neighbors’ house. The security services in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate were able to arrest the perpetrators of the incident and legal measures were taken against them.
