The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Beheira Governorate, headed by Muhammad Rajab Hadiya, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply, and under the supervision of Suhair Zaatar, Undersecretary of the Directorate, and Yasser Al-Muhandis, Director of Supply Control, continued to tighten control over municipal bakeries.

14 municipal bakeries were seized for producing underweight bread and work was stopped without permission during supply campaigns in Beheira

The campaigns launched by the Supply Department in the Dalingat Center resulted in the arrest of 6 bakeries for producing underweight bread, and a bakery was arrested for stopping work without prior permission or a compelling excuse, and the presence of fake sales is being reviewed or not.

Two bakeries were also seized for producing bread that did not comply with legal specifications, and 5 violations were issued for not cleaning the dough tools, not having an advertisement list, and not having a record of visits to the bakery at the time of the traffic.

The campaign was supervised by Adel Abu Al-Futouh, Head of the Supply Control Department in the Directorate, and the membership of Montaser Al-Nahhas, Chief Inspector of Supply Control, and Islam Zain Al-Din, Inspector of Supply Control in the Directorate.
