Regarding the supplications of the last ten days and the supplications of Laylat al-Qadr, these days are a great opportunity to draw closer to God through obedience and worship, as the reward is doubled and mercy and forgiveness are descended.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadi, Secretary of Fatwa at the Egyptian Fatwa House, said that the last ten days of Ramadan have great merit, as when the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, entered these days, he would wake up his family, revive his night, and strive more in it than he does in others, seeking the Night of Destiny, which is better than a thousand months.
He explained during his speech on the program “An Acceptable Fast” broadcast on the “Extra News” satellite channel, that among the most prominent acts of worship that a Muslim should be careful about during these days are night prayers, reading the Qur’an a lot, giving charity, and paying Zakat al-Fitr, pointing out that the Tahajjud prayer is one of the greatest acts of sacrifice on these blessed nights.

And about The supplication for the last ten days of Ramadan is writtenDr. Ahmed Al-Awadi pointed out that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was the most generous of people, and he was the most generous in Ramadan, which makes charity in these days one of the greatest deeds.
He stressed that these days represent a great opportunity for worship and hope in attaining the blessings of Laylat al-Qadr, calling on Muslims to seize it with diligence in obedience, remembrance, and the Qur’an.
He continued that supplication in the last ten days of Ramadan is one of the greatest acts of worship through which the servant draws closer to God, especially with the search for Laylat al-Qadr in which supplications are answered and sins are forgiven.

The virtues of the last ten days of Ramadan
Regarding the virtue of the last ten days of Ramadan, the Egyptian Fatwa House confirmed that the last ten days of Ramadan hold a great status in Islam, as God designated them as Laylat al-Qadr, which is considered the greatest night of the entire year.
In this context, Dr. Ali Fakhr, Secretary of Fatwa at the Egyptian Fatwa House, revealed that God Almighty hid the date of Laylat al-Qadr out of great wisdom, which is to urge Muslims to be diligent in worship throughout the last ten days and not just in one night.
He added that this continuous diligence pushes Muslims to pray more, read the Qur’an, give alms, and maintain ties with family members, which makes these days a real opportunity to get closer to God.
