The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Beheira Governorate, headed by Muhammad Rajab Hadiya, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply, and Suhair Zaatar, Undersecretary of the Directorate, and under the supervision of Yasser Al-Muhandis, Director of Supply Control, continued to tighten control over municipal bakeries to maintain support, ensure its delivery to those who deserve it, and arrest violators of laws and ministerial decisions in the field of municipal bakeries, catering clerks, and the My Association project.
10 municipal bakeries were seized
The campaigns in the city of Kom Hamada resulted in the arrest of 6 bakeries for producing underweight bread, and the arrest of two bakeries for stopping work without prior permission or a compelling excuse. The presence of fake sales is being reviewed or not, and two violations were issued for not having an advertisement list for the bakery and not having a record of visits to the bakery.
4 violations were also issued for closing a food store during official working hours, and 5 violations were issued for not having an advertisement list in the store and not having a record of visits in the store.
The campaign was supervised by Adel Abu Al-Futouh, Head of the Directorate’s Food Control Department, and the membership of Tamer Mubarak and Al-Husseini Saleh, the Directorate’s Food Control Inspectors.
