OnePlus is preparing to launch its new flagship phone, the OnePlus 15T Compact, during the month of March of 2026. Before any official announcements, Lee J. Lewis, the company’s president, was keen to share the basic details and confirmed specifications of this phone, which runs on the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, through a new publication to increase the enthusiasm of followers before the upcoming official reveal in the Chinese market.
Lewis reiterated the main specifications on the Weibo platform, explaining that the upcoming compact phone will feature a 6.32-inch flat screen with very thin edges to provide an enjoyable visual experience. The reliable leaker, Digital Chat Station, added that this screen will come with a display resolution of 1.5K, with support for an amazing refresh rate of 165 Hz, which ensures that most popular games run at a rate of 165 frames per second and makes it an ideal choice for gaming enthusiasts looking for a small-sized phone.
Regarding power capabilities, Lewis’s post confirmed that the compact phone will come equipped with a huge battery with a capacity of 7,500 mAh, surpassing the battery capacity in the standard-sized Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra phone. To ensure business continuity, the new phone supports 100-watt fast wired charging technology and 50-watt wireless charging, in addition to supporting the direct power delivery feature to meet the needs of intensive use.

Lewis also revealed that the phone is equipped with an advanced water- and dust-resistant design that is superior to the previous generation, as it supports a full set of strong protection ratings that include IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K standards to ensure maximum levels of endurance.
In addition to these features, the new flagship phone has been confirmed to be equipped with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor that provides improved performance compared to the OnePlus 13T phone, with full support for the use of various magnetic accessories. Although the company has not revealed the final design of the phone until this moment, Lewis strongly hinted that the date of full disclosure of all the details of the OnePlus 15T phone is approaching very soon to end the state of anticipation.
