Abxylute has finally revealed the launch date of its N6 controller for the Nintendo Switch 2, after five months of waiting. The console will arrive alongside the GameCube-like N9C controller that was unveiled a few weeks ago.

Last August, Abxylute unveiled a new controller for the Nintendo Switch 2. The controller, called the N6, replaces the 2 Joy-Cons and connects to the Switch 2 via a USB-C port.

According to a post on her Discord channel, the Abxylute N6 will launch on February 18, and will arrive alongside the Abxylute N9C that was unveiled a few weeks ago. Both consoles will be launched on Kickstarter. Unfortunately, the Abxylute N9 that was unveiled alongside the N6 will not be launched on that date as it is still under development.

As previously reported, both controllers connect via USB-C to the Nintendo Switch 2 (available on Amazon for $499). They also have a 9-axis gyroscope, a dedicated C button for voice chat, a Turbo function, macro support, and adjustable vibration.

In addition to the above, the N6 uses Hall Effect joysticks with metal anti-friction rings and a stick angle of 23 degrees compared to 18 degrees on the Joy-Con. It also has two customizable back buttons and uses conductive rubber for the ABXY buttons and D-Pad.

The N6 controller will be available in Translucent Black and Indigo Purple, while the N9C will be available in Indigo Purple.
