Oppo announced the expansion of the offering of the stable ColorOS 16 update based on Android 16 to a new group of its phones during the month of March, as the update will include nine devices from the Oppo F, Reno, and K series.
The company already began sending the update last week to the Oppo F31 Pro+ and Oppo F31 Pro phones, in addition to the Oppo K13x phone, and the rollout will continue gradually to include more devices in the coming days.
The list of phones that will receive the update this month includes the following devices:
- Oppo F31 Pro+ (March 5, 2026)
- Oppo F31 Pro (March 5, 2026)
- Oppo K13x (March 6, 2026)
- Oppo Reno12 F (March 10, 2026)
- Oppo Reno12 FS (March 10, 2026)
- Oppo Reno11 FS (March 10, 2026)
- Oppo K12x (March 10, 2026)
- Oppo F31 (March 17, 2026)

As is usual with major Android updates, the update will be rolled out in stages, so it may not reach all devices at the same time. According to the update images shared by some users, the package size is about 3.39 GB.
ColorOS 16 brings a wide range of improvements, including an updated user interface inspired by the interplay of light and shadow in nature, giving the system a more modern and cleaner look. The system also adds the new Seamless Animation graphics engine, which aims to make navigation, opening applications, and multitasking more smoothly.
In terms of customization, the system offers the Flux Home Screen feature, which allows changing the sizes and shapes of application and folder icons, while automatically rearranging the layout.
The update also includes a new design for the Always-On Display and a number of generative artificial intelligence tools for summarizing notes and editing photos, with some of these features likely not being available on older devices.
