Oppo has quietly launched the Oppo A6k in China, as the latest addition to the A6 series, with a clear focus on a large battery and mid-range performance. The phone comes with a huge 7000 mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging.
The Oppo A6k includes a 6.75-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate, with a brightness of up to 1125 nits. The phone also gets an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
The device runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, with up to 12 GB of LPDDR4X random access memory and up to 512 GB of UFS 2.2 storage capacity, with support for adding a microSD card for expansion.

On the back, the phone includes a 50-megapixel main camera with auto focus, along with a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor, while the front camera comes with an 8-megapixel resolution.
The phone also includes a side fingerprint sensor, supports Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, and GPS, in addition to a USB-C port, and runs the ColorOS 15 interface directly from the box.
The Oppo A6k is available in three colors: Dawn Gold, Twilight Blue, and Seashell White. The price starts at 1,999 yuan for the 8/256 GB version, and reaches 2,199 yuan for the 8/512 GB version, while the 12/256 GB version comes at a price of 2,399 yuan.
