Lenovo launched its latest advanced tablet computers running the Android system globally. The tablet comes with a fifth-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processing chip and up to 16 GB of RAM. It also features a 9,000 mAh battery inside its 360-gram body. Lenovo is also including an 8.8-inch display with a 165Hz refresh rate with the 5th generation Legion Tab.
Lenovo has officially confirmed that there will not be a 4th generation version of the Legion Tab. Instead, the company has jumped straight to the 5G Legion Tab, which takes advantage of the same 5G Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset found in recent flagships like the Galaxy S26 Ultra and OnePlus 15.
Therefore, the new Legion Tab computer is theoretically more powerful than the Honor Magic Pad 4, Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro, and even the massive Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. Of course, the Legion Tab 5G will outperform other compact tablets such as the Xiaomi iPad Mini and Red Magic Astra as well. The Legion Tab 5G not only has powerful performance, but also features a screen with a refresh rate of 165 Hz and a resolution of 3040 x 1904 pixels.

The 8.8-inch diagonal 16:10 display also delivers a peak brightness of 750 nits (in high brightness mode) with 98% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and a pixel density of 408 ppi. Furthermore, Lenovo has included a 9,000mAh battery, two USB Type-C ports, and a 50MP rear camera in a body that measures 206.5 x 128.5 x 7.6mm and weighs 360 grams. The fifth generation Legion Tab device will also feature up to 16 GB of RAM (LPDDR5T) and 512 GB of flash storage space (UFS 4.1 Pro).
Legion Tab will be available across Africa, Europe and the Middle East from April 2026 onwards. Lenovo currently intends to sell its new compact tablet at a price of 999 euros (about 1,176 dollars) in the euro area. Prices for other markets remain unknown at this stage.
