Lenovo showed off the IdeaPad Slim 5i Ultra at Mobile World Congress 2026, a lightweight laptop powered by Intel processors that can be equipped with up to an OLED display. It will be available soon at a price starting from 899 euros.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5i Ultra was officially showcased at Mobile World Congress 2026. It is a thin and lightweight laptop that aims to deliver performance and portability at the same time. The system is powered by Intel Core Ultra processors, but the brand has not specified all the CPU options yet.
On the front, there is a 14-inch display that can be either an IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate or an OLED panel with a 16:10 aspect ratio. Regardless of the screen chosen, Lenovo says the panel will deliver “vibrant and clear” images all day long. Speaking of which, the IdeaPad Slim 5i Ultra features a 65Wh battery inside, which is said to provide up to 20 hours of video playback.
There is support for enhanced fast charging technology, which promises up to two hours of playback time with a 15-minute charge. The laptop features three USB-C ports, and Lenovo also promises stable wireless connectivity.
As for the chassis, Lenovo highlights that it is 11.9mm thick at its thinnest point, and the total weight is around 1.15kg. The thin and lightweight nature of the laptop should make it a good choice for those who are constantly on the go.
Other notable aspects from the initial presentation at Mobile World Congress 2026 include an FHD infrared camera with facial recognition, a built-in camera privacy shutter, and a sleek finish on the exterior. Lenovo plans to make the IdeaPad Slim 5i Ultra available in June 2026, with a starting price of 899 euros.
