Dr. Mohamed Shaqwir, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Therapeutic Institution, made an inspection visit to Heliopolis Hospital, one of the hospitals affiliated with the Foundation, to follow up on the workflow and ongoing development projects, within the framework of the Treatment Institution’s plan at the Ministry of Health and Population to raise the efficiency of medical facilities and improve the services provided to citizens.
Equipment for the new pediatric care department at Heliopolis Hospital
Dr. Shaqwir’s visit focused mainly on following up on the preparations of the new department designated for its operation as an integrated unit for child care, where he was briefed on the latest developments related to infrastructure, modern medical devices, and furnishing and operating plans to ensure the provision of the highest level of specialized medical care for children.
The tour also included passing through a number of different medical departments within the hospital, where His Excellency listened to a detailed explanation from the medical and administrative staff about the performance rates and the necessary needs to enhance the quality of service in each department.
Dr. Sherif Abdel Sattar, Director of Heliopolis Hospital, participated in the inspection tour, who gave a comprehensive presentation of the hospital’s future plans, especially with regard to expanding the scope of quality services and training human cadres.
Dr. Muhammad Shaqwir, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Medical Institution, made a special statement on this occasion, saying: “At the Medical Institution, we pay great attention to developing the health care system, especially critical and specialized care units.
